Different than photos…but cute bag

Great bag for going out but is not exactly as pictured on website. Photos show a ring on the inside right corner of the bag where a wristlet strap could be attached. However when the bag arrived, there was no ring. I reached out to Customer Service about the discrepancy, provided photos of the differences and received a very AI generated response which was no help. I ended up keeping the bag because I do really like the style. It’s very disappointing to spend that much money for something that comes in different than expected.

Good quality , but…

Beautiful looking, but too small to carry as a clutch. Had to return it.
