I have this bag in black so I ordered the beige. Love the color. But the quality that was shipped to me was no good. the front flap was crooked. one end of the bag the flap sat higher than the other so i had to send it. i personally find it offensive then would ship the bag like that. it's not like this is a $50 purse. smh

Horrible experienced

I purchased YsL beige medium shoulder bag they sent me a michael kors bag with a ysl tag on it and ysl dust bag.I was shocked and I never expected was on it… I am really disappointed of my first purchased!!!

Great bag awful delivery

The bag is a great bag and my wife loves it. The downside was It took 3 times and 2 returns to get Bloomingdales to get the correct back delivered to us.
