Great design, terrible functionality and hardware

I really love the design, simplicity and versatility of this bag. However, there are some serious shortcomings when it comes to the handles and the screws they used to build the attachments. I’ve only had it for less than 10 days and the screws fell off twice leaving a crossbody/shoulder bag to be carried. Don’t get me started how FRUSTRATING it is to screw these tiny things back in place!! They’re hidden behind a folding inside of the bag and the round hook needs to be on before you do that making the effort that much more difficult. Love the design and yes it’s the kind of everyday bag but I don’t need to pay $3200 if it can’t hold up like this. Sadly, going back

never got item but paid $3200

Bloomingdale’s told me that I had to pursue a claim with fed ex since fed ex said they delivered the purse. fed ex needs a signed “shipper bailer” from Bloomingdale’s to pursue the claim with me. Bloomingdale’s has failed to provide me this their associates have caused me to call 7 times they don’t know what this form is. Asked for a manager twice and was on hold for over one hour each time. DONT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE OR YOU COULD BE OUT $3200. BLOOMINGDALES IS INEPT

Sadly, not for me

I was so looking forward to making this bag work. But the small strap doesn’t feel long enough to wear in the crook of your elbow, and the long strap is too short to be a cross body. It is also a little too wide to carry it that way as well. I also have a problem with protection of my belongings. They would be quite exposed in this bag. Sadly, I am sending it back and continue on my quest for the perfect designer Raffia Crossbody bag!
