I’m usually a 38, I ordered a 38.5 after reading reviews just to be safe. I have narrow feet, so the half size larger worked for me. It’s a beautiful shoe that happens to be very comfortable. I absolutely love the heel height. The heel is also very sturdy. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Love the gold and patent leather contrast. The heel height is totally comfortable even while looking sleek and sexy. Be sure to size up. I am a 9 US but the 40 was a perfect fit.
