Good Idea,poorly executed

The shoes are comfortable ones you put them on. The overshoe is tight and the zipper hard to close, with cold fingers almost impossible. There is a label sewed onto the tongue and it gets caught in the zipper every time and zipper gets stuck. The shoes are not warm and are not waterproof. The two profile tread lugs on the front are tripping hazards and of now good use.

When I ordered these I expected to get shoes with metal studs. These didn't have them.

Not water resistant

Bought these as an everyday winter or rain shoe when the weather gets harsh. I don't think the shoe is waterproof, but they don't seem to be water resistant either. Water would still seep in. Considered keeping them anyways since I really liked the design, but they're way too expensive to justify keeping when the weather-proofing doesn't work

Keep your feet warm and dry on snowy weather

This is my second pair of the SnowCross and I love it even more. The rubber spikes are a great alternative to metal ones, for the days you run in mixed terrain (snow with rocky sections). Wanna keep your feet dry and warm on snowy days? This is the shoe for you. Extremely comfortable right out of the box. True to size.
