Sizing comparison

I was hesitant about the sizing because I’ve heard the narrow toe box contributes to different sizing. However I got the same size as my Salomon hiking boots and they fit well. Good ankle support too.

Gorgeous but too large

I have been eyeing these shoes for ages, so when I saw my size available online (in the Mahogany Rose "colorway" as we are calling it now), I snapped them up. I'm a true W6.5 and I have tried other Salomons in 6.5 that fit well; however I was extremely disappointed that these were too large. Yes I can cinch the laces, but they are too wide and long in the toe box and cinching the laces creates a puckered effect. Plus they just feel too loose, even with thick socks. I'm extremely disappointed because a half size down is now out of stock, but I won't wear these if they're too big. :( :( Sad day for me!
