I purchased the silver in size 7 for the Beyoncé concert in Santa Clara last week. The fit was perfect and the shoe was sturdy with the block heel. Looks exactly as pictured and straps wrapped perfect around my toes and ankles. (Id say mr feel are more wise than narrow). I have to say they are comfortable compared to other heels, although they were not comfortable throughout the whole night. My feel were dying at the end of the night. I literally wore them once and the heel is already scuffed :(

Pretty but painful
While they look cute these are by far the most painful and uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. 15 minutes into the event my feet were almost numb and the balls of my feet were on fire. Coincidentally two of my friends were also wearing Kia's and had similar experiences. Not one of us was able to make it past 15 minutes in the shoes and we all spent most of the night in socks instead.

Wide is not wide enough
The show is beautiful and well made but not comfy. I ordered a wide becuase the strap is always pinching my toes and did not think it was wide enough to be called a wide. I returned and went with Naturalizer.
