Received Damaged

I received these shoes today, the left shoe is wider than the other one stretched out of shape. The leather woven looks like it might come apart. I am having a bad experience with ordering on line. I ordered a pair of fitflop booties and they were stretched. I know they run big but one of the shoes was damaged. I have order several shoes and able to put in bag go to check out and item removed because don’t have. I wish system would be updated. I am returning Sam Edelman Oaklyn Woven slides. Would have kept them.
