It was delivered to wrong address. Someone forged my signature and accepted the coat that did not belong to them! I filed a dispute against Bloomingdales with my credit card and filed complaint with BBB. I called Bloomingdales and told them it was delivered to wrong address. There is evidence showing that it was not delivered to my home address! Fraud!!! I would put a zero for ratings but it will not allow.

So glad I bought this coat. It’s super warm and looks so chic. I wanted it to fit comfortably over bulky clothes like sweaters and sweatshirts so I sized up. Glad I did, it fits exactly how I wanted it to.

Medium length coat
The coat ran a little long. It looked shorter on the model.

Jacket is comfortable, warm, with nice touches like warm outside pockets, large hood and neck warmer. Bought a medium and fits perfect over a sweater or sweatshirt.
