Great luggage but will destroyed during handling
Looks and feels exactly the way I wanted it and than I had a vision of those Jerks at the airport handling andthrowing your luggage like some piece of garbage. Which is the reason why I will probably return them back to MACY’s. I believe that the luggage industry should bring a lawsuit against those men and women for malpractice since their actions have the potential to bring luggage sales down and we the people do not have enough money to do that ourselves.

Bought 2 of these!
I bought the silver color a year ago and it traveled with me all over Italy. So now I bought it the Navy one as well. Lightweight but sturdy. Great storage components inside as well.

case will not open!
Was going on my first trip since I purchased this suitcase and it will not open. it's past the return date and I guess I'm stuck with it. Yes I read all instructions, watched YouTube and called the company. Apparently a code was previously put in the suitcase and they can't reset it.

Worst luggage
You think it’s light weight but if it’s full it weighs too much!!!I would never recommend the suit case. Don’t waist your money !!!!

The handle button is in the wrong place
As you pull the bag along, the release button inadvertently gets pressed and the handle falls. Very inconvenient during a walk through the airport

The handle of the suitcase is faulty
The handle of the suitcase cannot be opened, and it cannot be retracted after being forcibly opened. I'm sorry, I am indeed confused! I purchased it online and I'm not sure if I can return it? How to return?
