Runs tight in chest

This top didn't work for me, though I usually like this brand and size M tops from this brand usually fit. The fabric of this top is thick and stiff (too much elastane?), not comfortable, and it doesn't fall well. so while I'm just a 34B, the chest pulled in size M.
