Disappointing, not like photo, runs small

I have quite a few Sandro Belts all in size 2, Size 2 is categorized as medium by Sandro. I ordered this belt in the same size, and it was quite small. About 3 inches shorter than the other belts I own. Additionally, it appears that the belt is leather on the photo. However, in person, it’s more like Brushed velvet. I’m sure it’s not going to wear as well as the leather belts I own. I was disappointed with the purchase, and returned it.
