The shoes are wonderful, my husband has the same model but different color and he loved them so much that he wanted them in black too! The company is a nightmare to deal with! The first order arrived within 5 or 6 days of purchase, this order after I purchased it was on back order. 3 weeks after purchase I moved because we sold our house. I couldn’t cancel the order or make an address change! I called probably 6 times Bloomingdale and kept on getting the same answer until the last call even though I heard the same answer they actually cancelled the order and to my knowledge those shoes are still on back order for size 11.5! Santoni has great shoes however the company has very bad customer service. I have experienced it with a purchase I made directly from the vendor website.
Wrong size was shipped
Ordered size 9.5 but received size 10 instead. Plus they runs large. Now, they don’t have the size I wanted anymore and the discount is gone. Very disappointed.
