Nice coat

I’m 5ft 6in 110 lbs and got the 2/M and it fit perfectly. This coat is heavy (for a trench), looks a bit padded; basically like the photos. HOWEVER it flares out A LOT at the waist. In the photos her arms/hands are flat on her legs to hold the sides down because it looks like a flared dress otherwise. It has to be altered or maybe washing it several times will soften the stiffness. Not sure. .
