Great cookware

After reading many reviews on various non-stick pans I decided to try Scanpan and absolutely love it. The quality exceeds typical Teflon pans. It is a healthy alternative. Although they say you can use metal utensils in the pan I recommend against it as I have scratched the surface.

Do not buy it!

First time I used the 10 inch CTX, you should see the back of the pan! Tried to return it thew company says that it is wear and tear. I was supposed to know how it would react to heat. The SCanpan would not let you talk to a supervisor, will argue with you. Don't buy it! Minus one star

Perfect pans for my induction stove

Easy clean and can be used with metal tools. I had to get induction stove because my area in new home didn't have gas. Was glad to replace the scan pans that were not for induction.

Fantastic Pan

I've had a smaller version of this for a few years. It's perfect. The nonstick doesn't scratch (like my All Clad nonstick). I love this size and the sale price is unbeatable.

Love this set.

Love my scan pan! I was recommended this brand from a friend of a friend who is a chef in NYC. He said it doesn’t scratch and the non stick doesn’t chip.
