Not for long-term usage
I can't recommend this to anyone after using these pans for less than 2 years. You may as well buy a cheaper product and replace it multiple times over than invest in this. The surface starts to stick after some time, and once it happens, no matter how you clean it, it will not help. I used baking soda, tried other methods, but it doesn't help. I am very disappointed, as I was looking for something of high quality, easy to manage and last for a long time. I suppose it's a delusion.

The best!
10 years ago I started using the Scanpan brand, got the entire 10 piece set. Just few days ago, bought another 4 pieces. New and improved. Very satisfied!

Love the brand !
Bought as gift but I have been slowly replacing all my old pots and pans with these. They make cooking and clean up a cinch. I love that you don’t need to use much fat if any at all. My only complaint is that most pieces do not come with lids, you have to buy them separately. And when one lid dropped, the knob broke, so I called the company and I had to buy a new knob for $9.99 plus the quite hefty shipping unless I spent $50 so now will have lids for all pans. Careful not to drop the lids.

Update your Pots and Pans
We are updating our pots and pans after so many years of marriage! Scanpan is extraordinary. We are changing to an induction stove and these are highly rated. Also, we've used Scanpan for years with great success.
