Love this pan!

I love all my ScanPans, but wasn't sure about buying this because of the very low sides. I thought it would end up making a mess on the stove. I've ended up loving the pan. It cooks very evenly and is excellent for non-splatter type foods such as pancakes, grilling bread slices, and certain vegetables. I use it much more than I ever thought I would and couldn't be happier. It's easy to store, comes with it's own protective sleeve, and it has become a well used addition to my kitchen.
