Poor condition
Paid full price and received a floor sample in poor condition. No inserts and damaged suede. These are a good shaft height for petites but too pointy for me. They are a bit dressier so not as versatile. Needed help to get them off.
Defective Pair
I was in love with these boots , I ordered them online but was shocked and disappointed with what i received . The shoes were indeed a return that was worn , the upsetting part was there wasn’t a manager on site the day I returned them to discuss my disappointment in bloomingdale’s for even shipping this item. Shoe also was sold out so i was unable to exchange for a different pair.

Don’t waste your money
I purchased this boots approximately a year ago, I wore them four times max and the last time I wore it, the heel broke in half. The quality is bad. Such a beautiful boot but definitely not worth the price.

These boots are gorgeous. You can feel the quality. They have a great shape and fit well. I was struggling to find boots that are not too loose on my calves and these are great, not too tight but there is no awkward gap. Love them and they are comfortable too!
