Towels discolored; customer service was great.

Towels are very soft and the color was nice - however, some of the towels discolored somehow after washing them. Not sure whether this was a colorfast/quality control issue - I’ve never had this happen before with any towels, even much cheaper ones.Bloomingdales customer service was wonderful - so I wouldn’t buy these towels again, but it did make me a loyal Bloomingdales customer.
