We have had our new mattress for about 6 weeks now and we love it. It is the exact firmness we both like. The fact the mattress can be flipped and not just turned is a great feature in our opinion. It has been a long, hard search but well worth the wait to find it! We are very happy!

The mattress we purchased is outstanding and we are extremely pleased with the quality. But the most important part was the customer service we received in the store. It has been a long time since we bought a mattress and we needed an education on how much mattresses have changed. Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and most importantly not pushy. And when we had some delivery problems he was very responsive in the store gave us a fair concession for our troubles.

Quality mattress!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is beautifully made! You can tell the quality of materials as soon as you see it. This is a firm mattress and it took us a good week to get used to it but once we did, our backs have felt so much better. I appreciate that it is fully reversible and able to be flipped. Both the top and underside are the exact same. There is no top or bottom to the mattress. I feel it will last us many years!

I had my previous mattress (from Bloomingdales) for 10 years before it got a bit worn out, and bought the Shifman Classic Joy about a month ago. As soon as I laid down on it, my whole body relaxed and I've been sleeping better than I have in years. Highly recommend!
