QUILTING LAYER:
Shifman's premium mattresses feature its exclusive Sanotuft® technique, which produces a smooth buttonless tuft that is hand-sewn from top to bottom, locking all sumptuous upholstery layers and innerspring securely in place. This process alleviates shifting and bunching of material layers, allowing your mattress to stay comfortable longer.

COMFORT LAYER:
Unparalleled support and luxurious comfort come from layers of natural cotton, paired with super-firm, high-density foam, designed to provide a perfect balance of softness and resilience for a restful night's sleep. The extra pillow-top layer enhances the softness and cushioning of the innerspring bed to provide pressure relief for heavier body parts such as the hips and shoulders. A Shifman pillowtop is a fully enclosed pillow layer sewn into the build of the mattress.

SUPPORT DETAILS:
Individually pocketed coils significantly reduce partner disturbance. Pocketed coils are individually encased so they each respond independently to pressure. Any movements you or your partner make during the night, such as adjusting your sleep position, are isolated to only the coils directly beneath you. This enables you and your partner to sleep more soundly throughout the night.

Made from Canadian spruce, Shifman's premium boxsprings feature furniture grade upholstery coils, the finest imported Italian twine, elegant gold-plated metal corner guards, Belgian damask covers, as well as cotton padding.

Made Me a Firm Mattress Fan!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very little experience with firm mattresses, but after this mattress, it’s my new preference. The quality of this mattress is absolutely unbelievable. It is so sturdy and of such high quality. After waking up from sleeping on this mattress, I felt incredibly refreshed. It was so comfortable! I slept like a baby. This firmness provided such an amazing night’s sleep. It’s not too firm, which is exactly what I wanted. The quality of the box spring is also fantastic. It matches the mattress and it is incredibly durable. If you have to move this one after the delivery, it’s going to take a couple of people! But it’s completely worth it because of how sturdy this box spring is. It is such high quality! This is an incredibly durable mattress. I tend to run cold and my husband runs out. Both of us were able to sleep very comfortably on this mattress. I absolutely recommend this set! The mattresses are so comfortable and allowed me to finally have a wonderful night’s sleep. Firm is my new favorite!

firm and comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure if a firm mattress could still be a comfortable one, but the pillowtop on this mattress is perfect. The firm mattress is supportive, and the pillowtop (which is not super cushy) gives it just the right touch for sleeping. I love that this mattress can actually be flipped and used on the other side....i don't feel like companies make those anymore. The quality is easy to point out right when you get it out of the plastic, from the stitching to the feel of the fabric.
