Plump issue

I unboxed the eye concentrate, but I could not pump anything out. This is my first time opening it, and I don’t know what happened to the pump. I tried several times, but still, nothing came out. Don't even have a chance to try using it.

It's ok

Feel like it's not really necessary. Always felt the eye serums aren't really that great when they get moved around with face lotion. Can't tell if it's worth the money.
