This knife has changed my

This knife has changed my life. Perfect size for a petite person. I have wanted a Nakiri for years wish I would have switched from a chef's knife sooner. The sharpness is pure joy.

A class above

I have been eyeing a nakiri (and santoku) for a while. Being an amateur home cook, it's hard to justify the price of these knives, however I decided to not wait anymore and make this a me-gift. Using my nakiri takes food prep to a new level. I have not developed the same speed as I do with my chef knife, so it's taking me a (cautious) learning curve to get used to this type of blade, and it's extreme sharpness makes what was my sharpest knife before, look dull. Super happy with my purchase and looking forward to further growing my knife handling skills
