Losing trust

I have been using this product for a while, so I have no complaints about it. The problem is that even though it's a glass container, it doesn't have enough protection, and when I opened the bag, the box was already open. When I checked the product further, I noticed that the tape on the cap was twisted, and it looked like it had been forcibly opened along with the tape. When I opened the cap, the serum was all over the cap, and it looked like it was in a state that was hard to believe was new. It's unfortunate, but I intend to return it. I won't be shopping online here again
