Worst pair of headphones I've ever bought. Constantly only charging one headphone i stead of both. Keeps connecting to my Bluetooth randomly, so when I do want to use them the battery is drained. I love Sony products though but by far the worst one I've ever bought.

Recently purchased these and I must say, everyone always states that their buds last 7 to 8 hours on one charge....hmmmmm. We'll Sony I Love these buds and Yes they do give.you up to 6-7 hours of play time. Thank you, Thank you Sony. Not only do they sound Great, they will charge on my fast charger and it honestly doesn't take an hour for a full charge. I suffer from a neurological condition, so music is my saving grace. Thank you Sony for being so AWESOME

Really disappointed, waste of money
These are not worth the price AT ALL. They are very lightweight, feel cheaply made, and one does not stay in my ear. Every time I push the earbud back in my ear, it triggers a command, interrupting my listening. The buttons/controls are complicated/not intuitive. The audio bounces from one earbud to the other multiple times per use. Terrible for exercise. Amplifies the sound of the wind if running or a windy day. No noticeable difference between ambience and noise filtering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There should be a longer return window.

WF-C700N issue rant
I bought these 2 years ago, and they were great for a while. Sound quality is good, noise canceling is good, they're functionally good earphones. However, a recurring issue I've had with several wireless earphones, regardless of brand, is connecting or not connecting while in the charging case. These ones will connect while in the case, and will remain connected until I notice, which drains the battery, rendering them useless when I go to actually use them. Charging the earphones within the case is it's own issue, it tends to be sporadic and sometimes won't charge, even if the case itself has enough to do so. Charging the case itself can also be a headache, as it only seems to charge with the specific cord it came with, and only on certain outlets/power sources, which is absolutely ridiculous. You'd think Sony would have better products, being one of the biggest name brands in the audio device industry, but I guess, like a lot of other brands, they're letting standards go instead of making products worth buying. At least to me, this seems like such a simple thing to make sure doesn't happen.

Terrible case
On my second pair and the charging case has got to be the worst out of every pair of headphones I’ve ever used. If you don’t get it perfect or spend 5 minutes jiggling the buds around in the case THEY WILL NOT CHARGE. Noise cancelling is pretty good and the sound is good but I’ve also had them disconnect and never reconnect with the device again. Overall super mid, make a better charging case and it would be better.
