Very squeaky

The shoes make a very laud squeaky noise on every step. It is so bad that I can't wear them to work. The few times I tried I had to walk around the office in socks all day. Even when walking on a noisy street I can hear it. Pretty comfortable and good looking, waterproof and all, but useless to me

Good for waterproof, but only brief outings

I wanted waterproof boots for commuting to and from the office. These are good for that, but after long term wear/walking, no matter what kind of socks I wear, the boots constantly run against my heels and give massive blisters.

durable and comfortable

Very durable and comfortable. The shoestrings won't last as long as the boot.

Super comfortable

I got the olive colored for my husband a couple years ago and came back to order them in brown. These are comfortable and look nice with casual dress outfits. Perfect for fall and winter!

Quality issues

Great fitting boot and very comfortable. However, I own three pair of this style and they all have separation of the tread from the sole of the boot. I have tried to re-glue them but they just don't hold. They need a better design with some stitching or something better to hold them together. It's a shame to pay so much for a pair of these, much less three pairs and have them all fall apart. Love the company and have seven different pairs of Sorel. They need to work on this one.
