Not effective

Second one I tried and it still rolls at the top. Can’t wear it because it’s too uncomfortable. Even when I did try it out- it wasn’t effective in the areas I wanted smoothed out. It just shifted things and looked strange. (I am 5’7, 142 lbs).

Old? Worn? Returned?

The manufacturer's packaging these came in was torn, faded, and missing pieces. Item did not look new. Returning.
