Arrived covered in dust and glitter

The shoes are cute and surprisingly comfortable. But the leather is cheap looking and the shoes arrived in very strange condition, covered in dust and some glitter. Very much wondering who returned them previously in this condition. Bought them on super sale so might keep anyway.
