Beautiful Jacket Arrived With Snag in Lining

I love St. John jackets and was excited to find this one on sale. For reference, I am 5'2"/135 lbs and size 6 and this fit well in the shoulders but was a bit large through the body. I was saddened, however, the jacket arrived with a large snag in the silk lining that appeared to have been caused by the removal of the security tag. For a luxury brand - even on sale - I expect my items to arrive in flawless condition and am disappointed Bloomingdales sent it to me in this state. Great, unique but classic St. John's piece though. The pictures don't show the copper and gold tones well so I'm attaching a close-up for reference (I love the tones but they may not be for everybody).
