Handle is too short. Has chips in it. Paint is missing.

My pan arrived FILTHY

My first staub purchase and I was looking forward to it. As I unwrapped it, my heart sank I discovered a dirty pan, with what looks like a used instruction booklet and a brown (should be white) ribbon around the handle. I’m so grossed out. This is unacceptable from Bloomingdales.
