Horrible construction and fabric.

The fabric was cheap. The construction of the garment doesn’t make any sense, I am 5’2” and 97 lbs, I couldn’t pull up the skirt if I stepped into the dress. If I tried to pull it over my head, it couldn’t come down from my shoulders. It’s defective in its technical design. Looks nothing like the picture.
