Ginormous
Soft but as others said it is HUGE! The sleeves go past my fingertips. And, it's extremely boxy. Looks ok open, but not flattering at all when buttoned and at some point during the New England winter you will want to button it.

Stylish. Definitely Size Down.
Love the color and style. HOWEVER, size down! Also keep in mind that this coat has 80s style shoulder pads. Coat is also quite long, which I personally do not mind, but you might. It’s heavy but can tell that with time little fuzz balls will begin to appear and will have to use the little fuzz ball removal machine which you can find on line or discount stores. Also I purchased this coat during Cyber Monday for just $88+. Which I am glad because coat is not worth over $100.

Shoulders are very padded
The material of this coat is nice but thinner than I expected. It is less stiff than many coats and comfortable to move freely, but I’m not sure how warm it would be through the winter. The shoulders are very padded, and in combination with the oversized style, it was not flattering on me.

Seems like a nice coat- I like how soft it is and it drapes nicely. But it's enormous - the XS looks like an XL on me - long and loose. Would be nice about 3 sizes smaller.
