Horrible shipping - wrong shoes sent

Wrong boots inside the box! Bloomingdales shipping department is one of the most careless I’ve experienced. They shipped me the wrong shoes inside the box without even checking. Previously, they shipped me Chanel sunglasses with the sensor still attached! There is no quality control.

Gorgeous!

Toe box runs a little narrow so I suggest going up half a size but the boots were gorgeous and relatively comfortable given that it’s a heeled boot. The sole isn’t the most well cushioned but definitely not uncomfortable to the point of pain.
