beatiful dress but runs small

this dress is gorgeous. it runs small because of the band underneath the chest and the last dress I ordered was a 10P and I wear an 8 in jeans and I would need a 12 in this dress because of the band. I am 5'4" and weigh 147 and wear a 36C bra.
