Separates

I love so many Sunday Riley products but unfortunately not this one - it’s just so messy to use and it separates. It becomes liquid and too much product comes out. It’s hydrating and could be such a nice product but for the price there is so much better and easier to use. Sorry SR!

SO THEY DID CHANGE THE FORMULA

This cleanser was my favourite. Like most people, I’ve had an issue with this new change. Awful smell, burns my face. I actually emailed Sunday Riley when I first realised the change in this cleanser. They confirmed that it was a batch issue and that they did not in fact change the formula. However, I bought this particular bottle back in June and there are very recent reviews as of October… so Sunday Riley, what’s the issue here? Don’t tell me the batch is still messed up months later?

Returning TOMORROW

Ordered this for the millionth time, and the product looks and smells different. I am so dissappointed, apparently many other people are too. Im going to be looking for a new cleasner. I also wont be purchasing anymore sunday riley products if they change their formula whenever they want.

New formula is terrible

This has been my holy grail face wash for years! I'm so incredibly sad you changed the formula. It's just awful.

Product seems to have changed

This has been my go to cleanser for years but unfortunately it seems to have changed. The latest one I opened looks a slightly different colour and has a bad smell that lingers all day. It also leaves my skin feeling tight. Such a shame they have changed it.

Clay cleanser

I tried a mini travel size version which came as part of the Space NK travel edit. The cleanser has a clay scent, which isn’t as refreshing a scent as I would personally like, but also not offensive in any way. It cleanses very well, although I found the texture to feel soapy which made my skin feel a little bit tight after use. Personally I prefer oil cleaners or foaming cleaners which leave my skin feeling softer, and so this product is not the type that I would tend to purchase. However, I’m glad I got to try it in the edit. It was very effective at cleansing and removing all my make up and SPF.
