Received eartings with non-matching backs

I bought the matching necklace but the earrings had non-matching backs. This is terrible quality control on Swarovski's part as the jewelry was shipped directly from Swarovski. It is clearly evident t that they had been opened and a non-matching non-fitting back was used on one earring, I am so bothered by this! Even if I had a matching back to replace myself? I feel that Swarovski should be told. Ugh!

These are stunning and honestly the most luxurious earrings I’ve ever owned. I’m so happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent I lose earrings so I don’t wear diamond earrings but these are amazing and well worth the money even though it’s not a diamond its still flawless
