Switch broke at 2nd use

Ordered this compact flat iron to take with me to Europe because of dual voltage feature. Only one heat setting which was okay, but the switch broke off the second time I used the product. Returned.

Too Small

As soon as i took it out of the box the switch fell off. and it was so small it caught and pulled my hair.

Great for the size

Bigger than most compact flat irons, heats up quickly, liked that the case locks into iron. Loses one star for non adjustable heat setting but great overall
