Free of soaps, alcohols, and detergents, this cleanser clarifies with fresh enzymes, clays, and essential oils, while microspherical apricot seed powder polishes the skin and reduces the appearance of blackheads--all without stripping the skin of moisture. I love most of tata harper products, her cleanser are some of the best quite on the pricy side but totally worth it, this cleanser smells so good very refreshing citrus sent it dose countians exfoliating particle but not to strong however if you have sensitive skin you might like her other cleanser.

Great smell
Love that this has an olive oil component as this really agrees with my complexion, and the smell itself I find really festive so it's perfect for this time of year. Very pleased to see it in such a big bottle. And the packaging is great, looks great on the side of the bath.

Powerful cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful cleanser that works well on my skin. I do find it's best used in the shower, as it requires wet skin and creates quite a significant lather that's not as easy to rinse off in the sink. It's also notably one you have to make sure you are using with a SPF moisturizer or sunscreen, given some of the ingredients (the alpha hydroxy acid) can make your skin extra-sensitive to the sun. The smell is pleasant and not overpowering, and I appreciate the array of primarily natural ingredients and the certifications (cruelty free, vegetarian) along with the dermatologic testing.
