lock doesn't work

Bought this bangle, and the first time I wore it, it fell off and I lost it. Bloomingdales refused to credit me or refund me. Temple St. Clair refused to do anything as well. Horrible customer service and the lock on the bracelet doesn't work. Don't buy this

Intricate, beautifully designed bracelet

This is truly a work of art. All the engraved symbols, the mix of stones representing darkness and light, and the line from Dante on the inside make this unique and such a treasure. It is substantial enough to be worn alone to appreciate the details, but also looks wonderful as part of a stack. I will cherish this and wear it often.

Poor customer service but beautiful bracelet

I ordered this bracelet for a special event and it unfortunately was too small for me but it is a beautiful bracelet. I returned with the provided return label within a couple days. I was refunded for another item but this one says expired. I’ve tried for days to get through to customer service and I can’t get a hold of anyone. I’m extremely frustrated and am finding it almost impossible to get help. This is really poor customer service.
