Very disappointing

Before ordering this ring, I saw it in the jewelry store. It is very beautiful ring and classical design. I would off love to enjoy it. But.. after 3 days wearing this ring very carefully, I was washing my hands and the stone fell off. That was unusual for such quality piece. I returned the ring and asked for replacement. Quickly got it again, I put it on and literally not even in one hour the stone fell out of the cast again. I didn’t even had a chance to wash hands or anything. I really like the piece and would be very happy but the quality is very questionable. It happened so soon but what if it happens in 2 months?
