Perfect dress
Wore this for my daughter’s wedding. It traveled perfectly- no wrinkles to worry about. The fabric feels great, it hangs perfectly and doesn’t move- so for pictures you don’t need to worry about wrinkles, draping wrong etc. Matched my daughter’s neckline and “blended” perfectly with her warm white dress and blush bridesmaids. I must have bought 25 dresses trying to get the right color and this is the only gold that made my fair skin tones not wash out. I never thought about wrinkles and pictures- but this was perfect- even after 5 hours in hot weather.

Gorgeous mother of the bride dress
I purchased this dress for my daughter's wedding. The bridesmaids are wearing champagne & she wanted me to wear gold. It fits like a glove. Love the ruching at the waist very flattering.

Classic Style
I loved this dress, even though I ended up getting a different Terri Jon style. I thought the fabric was nice and lightweight for being brocade. I would disagree with another review that the fabric is stiff. I didn't find that to be the case. The color is really pretty with the gold weave. The ruching is not overdone and would work well for someone with a little extra around the mid section. Wedding dresses seem to run slightly smaller so I sized up. I'm 5'11" - so it's obviously long. Bloomingdales customer service is great!

Missed The Mark
I thought this would be the perfect Mother of the Bride dress. The fabric is beautiful but does not work at all for this dress. The fabric is much too stiff for ruching. I am a size 2 and tried on a size 2 and a size 4 hoping the ruching would drape correctly and be figure flattering.I realized it wasn’t an issue with size but that the fabric was way to stiff for this style. The fabric was also very rough and irritating anywhere it touched your skin. I returned both dresses.
Unflattering Fit and Itchy Fabric—Not Impressed
I really wanted to love this gown, but it missed the mark. The gold color is nice, but the fit is baggy in the midsection and does nothing to flatter the figure—it just hangs awkwardly. The material feels scratchy against the skin, which made it uncomfortable to wear even for a short time. For the price, I expected much better quality and design. It’s not the worst, but definitely not worth what it costs. Disappointed overall.

Classic Elegance!
I purchased this dress for my son's wedding and it is absolutely stunning. The fabric is so much prettier and eye catching in person than in the online photo because it has shades of metallic gold. The fabric is also very light and will be comfortable and easy to wear. I love it!
