Simply The Best
I’ve had Keurig, I’ve had an espresso, this is simply the best. I’m a busy guy and I don’t have time to do the heavy duty coffee in the morning. This gives me the best quality cup of coffee I’ve ever had from a fast machine well worth every penny and an excellent cup of coffee highly recommend.

Push button and go!
Love how easy to use this machine is. I am half asleep in the morning and I just push a button on the screen to get my coffee. Love that! Only reason it didn't get a 5star review is because it's loud. When I am half asleep I want a more quiet experience. I have to walk away until it's done. It is quite loud.

Makes the work for you! Convenient
At first, we weren’t entirely sure if this was the right choice for us. However, after giving it some time and experimenting with different drinks and settings, we decided to stick with it—it’s incredibly convenient, especially when juggling a busy morning routine with kids! We wanted a machine that could handle the work for us, and this one truly delivers.We also love that it can start automatically in the morning thanks to the scheduled on/off feature. We’re still fine-tuning the settings to get both the coffee and milk to our preferred hot temperature, but we’ve found that running some hot water before the first cup or after a period of inactivity helps.Overall, we’re really happy with it—the sleek design is a bonus! The four-star rating is only because we’re still getting to know each other better.

A little disappointed
After having had Jura and Miele machines, I have a good comparison. While the TK-02 brews some very smooth coffee, the machine has some shortcomings. Everything is plastic. My water container has a terrible chemical smell that has not gone away after months. I wrote to support, and she suggested I wash it out and air dry it. If that doesn't work, I can order a new one. Not great support. The water container is too small also. The milk container is the same awful plastic.The drip tray is very poorly designed: it is not deep enough, it is too long and it has too many grooves all over it. It fills every day and it is unwieldy to empty. All the grooves make it difficult to clean. This week, I started getting messages that the drip tray is not inserted when it is inserted.The machine also does not keep track of when it rinses itself. If you need to empty the coffee grounds before it shuts off, it will not shut off. When you restart the machine in the morning, it might rinse itself 3 times in a row.So, a little disappointed. Please make a glass milk container. Redesign the drip tray. And get rid of the awful chemical smell in the water tank.

hard to believe so much better than my beloved tk01!
I bought my tk01 a few years ago to replace our Keurig for my wife. I soon found out that with some tweaking and adjusting, the tk01 was making amazing coffee, as good as I was with my hand crafted brewing. When I went to buy another tk01 for a 2nd home, I went for the tk02 as the tk01 is no longer sold. I was not expecting it to be so much better than the tk01! Not only does the machine not require any maintenance to speak of, the addition of the drip coffee option, the water tank up front that is fillable without removing fully, and no brew mechanism to rinse and clean are all amazing upgrades! I have quite a few new friends now that like to drop by for coffee!

Loud and slow
The machine was extremely noisy and slow. Very hard to navigate. Couldn't do drip coffee with steamed milk on top as a setting.
Worth Every Penny
We have had our Terra Kaffe for 2 months now and I would buy it over and over again. It is effortless, there is not a learning curve and it makes amazing coffee. Would 1000000% recommend.

Constant upkeep
It does make a good cup of coffee but way too many things to keep up with. Between the constant filling of the water tank because the rinsing that take place. Empty the tray, empty the wastebin. I would love to just wake up and not have to wait 20 minutes before my cup because of the upkeep that needs to be done. Also, if you make a drink with the milk it does not come out hot. I immediately have to warm up in the microwave.
