Not good

I ordered an 11 at first and they sent me a 10. Got the 11 and realized they run a little small so got the 12. Fits better but the heel is incredibly uncomfortable. Hurts the foot. I’ll try going to a shoe store and hopefully they can add something to the back of the shoe
