Awkward fitting arms

This is an adorable dress that does not fit well at all. The sleeves are very tight in the upper arm area and extremely difficult to get on and off. It seems like the placement of the armholes is also strange, but perhaps it just had to do with tightness of the arms. I am average weight and average height so This is not something I usually experience.
