size chart is wrong

I ordered a Boys Large. Although the chart says L is 14-16, the tag says L is a 12. and it was too small for my son.

I am disappointed in North Face's material for this jacket is made with, and how it is made. It looks cheap, as if North Face changed from the material they used to use. I will be sending this back.

Phenomenal coat, but runs a little small.

The quality of the product is amazing and very durable for my 9 year old son. We live in a climate where temperatures can be at or near freezing for 7-8 months a year, so the extra layer of warmth this coat provides is phenomenal! The only complaint I have is that the sizes run a little small. I bought a larger size than my son normally wears hoping it would last a few seasons, but it looks like he will only be able to use it for one year. I would definitely buy again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a really warm, durable coat for an active child. Just make sure you order at least one size larger!
