It was just like old times helpful friendly sales people making suggestions no pressure to purchase but lots of feedback when we needed it. It made us not want to buy online but instead to return to department stores like Bloomingdale’s. We ended up spending much more time in the store than we had expected to more things than we had expected to, but it was a lovely afternoon
