Decent Tapered Ankle Length Pants

These are decent Navy Tapered-Silhouette Ankle length Pants that are a good length for Flats or Loafers. They also look exactly like the picture. However, these pants are too big for me and I'd actually prefer a Bootcut or Flare Silhouette, so these pants don't meet my expectations.
