Tieks Flip Flops Turning Black

Dear Tieks Team, I'm reaching out regarding a pair of Tieks flip flops I purchased from Bloomingdale’s. Unfortunately, I've been disappointed with the quality. After minimal wear, the flip flops have turned noticeably black and worn in a way that doesn't reflect the premium quality I expected from your brand. I've taken good care of them, so this kind of discoloration and wear seem unusual. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know if there's anything that can be done-whether it's an exchange, a refund.

Like being barefoot only better

Love Tkees but these not wearing well!

I have many pairs of Tkees.... I don't love these in gold. The footbed is cracked and discolored after only a couple of wears.
