Smears and does not last

The description is misleading. I used this several times and it smeared and rubbed off. Not remotely long lasting. It is nicely pigmented.

You need this!!

Well, after being in the makeup industry for many years, I have tried them all!! This product is GREAT! Glides on so smooth without tugging on your eye & stays perfect all day! I will definitely purchase again & in other colors!!
