So much potential for cuteness

It was love at first sight for me. But heartbroken when I received it. Fix the design and make it more functional and this will be so hot. Not convenient to carry as crossbody at all. Hard to get stuff out.

Not a fan......

I bought this bag for the crossbody feature, and the styling is just weird. The chain is cumbersome and I didn't care for the color, more pea green than "camel". I love most Tory bags but, this one is not for me. Returned.
